Loudon Wainwright's 'Recovery' available for pre-order

Loudon_Recovery You can pre-order Loudon Wainwright III's new Joe Henry-produced album Recovery directly from the Yep Roc shop.  The first 250 pre-orders will receive an autographed copy.  My experience with Yep Roc has been that you can usually expect pre-orders to arrive a week or two before the release date, which is a nice bonus.

Recovery finds Wainwright revisiting some of his earliest songs, backed by Henry's cast of usual suspects, most of whom played on Wainwright's 2007 album Strange Weirdos.  "Motel Blues" is available for streaming by clicking the link under "Media Room" on the Yep Roc page.

Good catch! Thanks, DK-- ordering it right away. I've got high expectations for this one, having heard a few rough cuts earlier in the year and being rather amazed by them.
